Hi, I’m Ashley!

I’m a nurse-turned-stay-at-home mom of two little boys and a lover of freshly milled flour. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis during my pregnancies, which sent me down a journey of learning how to truly care for my body with the foods I put it in. I followed a gluten-free diet until I was introduced to fresh flour and was blown away by bread’s ability to heal my body instead of hurt it. My heart is to educate on fresh flour, and to shine the light on the fact that there a GOOD way to eat bread - the food our bodies were created to crave.
